Homemade sweet N Hot barbecue sauce

Description:
Barbecue sauce is a flavouring sauce used as a marinade/topping for various kinds of meat chicken, pork, beef etc.

Ingredients:
1. Onion/onion powder - 1 big
2. Tomato Ketchup - 7 to 8 tspn or more
3. Soy sauce - 5 to 6 tspn or more
4. Worcestershire sauce - 4 tspn or more
5. Vinegar - to taste
6. Garlic pods - 4 to 5(big)
7. Chilli flakes
8. Crushed black pepper corns
9. Parsely(optional)
10. Sugar/brown sugar - 3 to 4 tspn or more
11. Oil
12. Salt to taste

Procedure:
Chop the onions and garlic pods into small pieces. Take a small stockpan/wok and pour some oil. Add the garlic, onions, salt  and saute till the onions starts to get transparent. Next we have to pour in all the sauces one by one. If you are making the sauce in bulk then the quantity of sauces used will vary from the measurements that I have mentioned in the ingredients section. Even I too did some additions of more sauces apart from the mentioned quantity  to adjust taste. First goes in the tomato ketchup. Keep the flame on low/medium so the cooking process is slowly going on as we add the sauces. Next add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Vinegar and add the sauce to boil. Add the sugar and chilli flake. Cover the lid and cook till the sauce gets thick.

Turn off the stove and allow it to cool down. After cooling down transfer to a blender and grind to make a thick sauce. Pour the sauce to a different bowl and add some crushed black pepper corns and parsely(optional). I have added the extra pepper to increase the hotness of the sauce. The sauce will have a sweet N hot flavour. Transfer to a clean jar and keep in the fridge for later use. You can store the sauce for longer time.
