Bun with dry fruits

Description:
Buns are basically made of lour, milk, yeast, sugar and butter. They comes in different shapes and sizes.

Ingredients:
1. All purpose flour - 2cups
2. Yeast - 1tspn
3. Sugar - 2 to 3tspn
4. Butter - 60gms(optional)
5.  Dry fruits(raisins, rasberries etc)
6. Egg wash - 1
7. Oil
8. Salt to taste

Procedure:
Take a small bowl and add some warm water to it. Add 1 tspn of yeast and 1tspn of sugar to the warm water and mix . Set it aside to raise(5-10minutes). Take another big bowl and add the flour, salt, butter and  remaining sugar. Knead the dough slowly. The dough be little sticky but not too mushy. Cover the bowl with a cloth/plastic wrap. Gently apply little oil/butter on top of the dough to avoid the formation of skin on the top. Keep it for sometime till the dough doubles(1-2 hrs).

Check the dough and it will be raised to double. Knock out all the air inside the dough and add the dry fruits. Knead again slowly for few minutes.

Take a baking tray and spread an oven paper/parchment over it. Grease the tray with some oil and slightly drop some flour on it. Separate the dough into different portions and roll it into a ball first, then gently press the dough into whatever shape you desire. Beat an egg and gently apply the egg wash on top of the buns.  Be careful not to drop extra egg wash on the tray.  Again cover the tray with a plastic wrap and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile preheat your oven(mine I preheated 220deg). After sometime you can see the buns have raised again. Now place the tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes(300deg).

Take out the tray and let the buns cool down. Yummy buns are ready. Have it with some butter/jams. Enjoy
