Sweet N hot Barbecue chicken

Description:
Chicken barbecue with the topping of Sweet N hot sauce.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken legs - 3(In my recipe I had used 1 big leg piece and some small pieces because we managed to get just one big leg piece...Awwww )
2. Homemade barbecue sauce/store brought ( For this recipe I used Homemade Barbecue sauce)
3. Grated garlic
4. White pepper powder(optional)
5. Thyme(optional)
6. Oil
7. Brush
8. Salt to taste

Procedure:
When we went to buy chicken legs the store ran out of stock and managed to get just one piece. So I have used some drumsticks too.
Clean and wash the  chicken. Make a marinade with grated garlic, thyme, white pepper powder and salt. Apply it on the chicken and allow it to marinate for sometime. Keep your barbecue sauce ready. Click here for Homemade barbecue sauce . Take a baking tray and place oven paper/parchment paper on it and brush some oil. Place the chicken pieces  on it and gently brush the barbecue sauce on both sides.

Meanwhile keep your oven for preheating(220deg). You have to repeat the grilling and brushing sauce process 2 to 3 times. Once the preheating is done slowly push in the tray and grill for 15 minutes(300deg). After that take out the tray and carefully turn the chicken pieces and apply some more sauce on top of the chicken and again put it inside the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.

Again take out and turn the chicken, apply some barbecue sauce on top and cook for another 8 minutes. Take out again and turn, apply some more sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

By this time the small drumsticks will be cooked and ready to be served. Take out the tray and remove the drumsticks to a plate and allow to cool down. Leave the big leg piece on the tray and turn over one more time and apply some sauce. Cook for another 5-8 minutes.

Take out the tray from oven and remove the leg piece to cool down. After the chicken  is cooled serve it on a platter. Yummmmmy and lip smacking. Please try and enjoy.
