Description:
Pizza loved by everyone to gorge on is made of flat beard with toppings.
Ingredients to make Pizza dough:
1. All purpose flour - 1cup
2. Yeast - 1 tspn
3. Sugar - 1tspn
4. Warm water
5. Olive oil
6. Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a bowl and put the flour and salt into it. Add salt. In another small bowl add the sugar and Yeast and mix. Add the warm water to it and mix. Let aside for 10-15 mnts until the yeast raises. Pour this into the flour and knead by adding some water. The flour should be soft but little sticky before the second process. Knead and brush some olive oil on the top to avoid the formation of skin on the dough top. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let is aside for 1-1:30 hours for the dough to raise. Don`t cover the dough as it will raise.
After an hour check the dough and it`ll be doubled. Knock out the air gently and add some more flour and to knead incase it appears to me too mushy. Take a baking tray and lay a oven paper/parchment paper on it. First brush some olive oil on the paper and then spread some flour . Place the dough in the tray and slowly make a base with the rolling pin into the shape you desire for the pizza base/you can spread with your hands too. But prefer a rolling pin. Prick the dough once or twice with a fork. Thats it pizza dough is ready and next is topping time.
Ingredients for topping:
1. Button mushrooms - 4 to 5
2. Green capsicum - 1
3. Garlic
4. Red chilli flakes
5. Onions
6. Oregano
7. Olive oil
8. Cheese(Mozeralla/kraft). I used Kraft cheese for this recipe
9.Pizza sauce(For this recipe I used ready made store bought sauce. Soon I will upload homemade pizza sauce recipe)
10. Salt a pinch
Procedure:
Cut the veggies and transfer them to a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, dry chilli flakes, oregano and ovile oil. Mix them and leave aside for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat your oven(220deg). Take thetray with the dough and first spread the pizza sauce on top. Next arrange all the veggies and lastly add the cheese. I slightly brushed little olive oil on the edges of the dough. Slip the pizza into your oven that is preheated.
Bake for 20 minutes(300deg). Check and if the cheese have melted on top and the edges of the pizza have turned golden colour then thats it, its ready.
