Mushroom fried rice(Indian spices)


Description:
Fried rice can be made with so many different veggies and are very famous in Chinese cuisine, Thai cuisine, Indian cuisine etc.

Ingredients:
1. Button mushroom- 10 to 12
2. Spring onions - a bunch
3. Ginger/garlic paste
4. Pepper powder - 1tspn
5. Garam masala - 1/2tspn
6. Turmeric powder - 1/2tspn
7. Cooked basmati rice - 2 cups
8. Oil
9. Salt to taste

Procedure:
Chop the button mushrooms and spring onions. Take a wok and pour oil. Add ginger/garlic paste and saute for few seconds till the raw smell to disappear. Next add the chopped mushroom and turmeric powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Cook the mushroom for few minutes and you can see water will ooze out. Add the spring onions and cook till the mushrooms are done and the excess water gets dry. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well.





Thats it, fried rice is ready. Tasty and healthy :)
