How to make Poori:

Its very simple to make poori but just one point to keep in mind is poori tastes great if it is eaten hot.

Ingredients:
1. Atta - 2cups
2. Semolini/Rava - 1tspn
3. Salt
4. Warm Water/normal water
5. Oil

Procedure:
Add the atta, rava and salt together in a bowl . Add some water and knead the dough. Knead till the dough becomes soft. Divide it into small portions which are even smaller that chapati. Roll them one by one to make small poori. Heat oil in a skillet for deep frying. When the oil becomes hot drop the poori one at a time. After dropping in the oil gently pat on the poori so it will puff up. Turn over and cook. Poori will cook within seconds. Pat the poori with a tissue paper to absorb all the oil.

Serve hot with the Aloo masala.
