Description:
Kari dosa are mini dosas that are cooked with minced meat of Mutton/chicken as topping.

Ingredients:
1. Dosa batter - as per required
2. Onion - 1
3. Tomatoes - 2(medium)
4. Ginger
5. Garlic
6. Egg - 2
7. Chicken/mutton - 500 gms(minced)
8. Curry leaves
9. Turmeric powder
10. Chilli powder - 1/2tspn
11. Coriander powder - 1tspn
12. Garam masala - 1/2tspn
13. Pepper powder - 1tspn
14. Oil/ghee
15. Salt to taste

Procedure:

First start by preparing the keema topping. I used minced chicken instead of mutton. Chop the onion and tomatoes. Crush ginger and garlic or you can use ginger garlic paste instead. Mash the mince meat without any chunks. Take a wok and pour some oil. Add the curry leaves, crushed ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds and add the onions. Cook for sometime and then drop in the tomatoes. Mix well and cook till the tomatoes become mushy. Next add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and the coriander powder. Mix well and cook. Add salt as per required. Finally goes in the minced chicken. Mix the chicken properly with all the ingredients and cook till the chicken is done. Stir in between. You can throw in some coriander leaves too. Turn off the stove and let it cool down.

Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper powder. Set aside.

Make the batter ready to cook the dosa. Take the dosa griddle and rub some oil over it. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter on the griddle and let it cook for few minutes. Then pour some egg over it. Next spread 1 to 2 tspn of Chicken keema on top. Slowly flip the dosa and let the other side cook. After flipping over pressed the dosa with spatula multiple times. Cook till the dosa is done.

You can drop some ghee too over the dosa. Kari dosa is done. Transfer to a platter and serve hot. Enjoy.
