Description:
Beat the heat with this watermelon granita.
Ingredients:
1. Watermelon - 1/2 or 1 full(as per your requirement)
2. Lemon - 1/2
3. Sugar - 1 to 2 tspn
Procedure:
Cut the watermelon into cubes and take out the seeds. Transfer to a blender, add the sugar and squeeze in the lemon juice. Puree and pour into a bowl/container. Cover tight with a foil and freeze it for an hour. Take out and mix. Mash the frozen parts and freeze again for 2-3 hrs.
Scrap out the granita into a serving bowl. Enjoy with a smile.
Note:
I prefer the natural sweetness from the fruit, thats why added very less sugar. Add as per your requirement.
