Salmon Spaghetti

Description: 


  
                  Spaghetti originated  from Italy. Spaghetti can be made with Chicken,vegetables,Salmon etc...Its a very good diet and can be served  for lunch/dinner. I usually make Salmon Spaghetti and  my recipe goes like this..

Ingredients:

1.Spaghetti ( As  per the requirement)
2.Garlic
3.Ginger
4.Pepper flakes
5.Dry red chili flakes
6.Capsicum/Green-yellow pepper
7.Salmon
8.Carrot -1
9.Shallots(optional)
10.Tomato sauce/Tomato puree
11.Soyasauce (optional)
12.Cilantro for garnishing
13.Oil
14.Water
15.Mushrooms
16.Salt to taste

Procedure:


            Firstly,boil almost 1/4th water in a pot,with salt.Once it  starts to boil ,break Spaghetti and put it into the pot.Let it cook for around 15 mnts,but keep stirring in between so that the Spaghetti don't stick to each other.Don't over cook the Spaghetti,to avoid it take a spaghetti n break it.If you see a white color in between the Spaghetti then it needs to be cooked more.Once it is cooked drain out the hot water and keep the Spaghti aside.

          Now lets move on to the next stage.Chop the Carrots,Mushrooms,Capsicum,Ginger into long thin slices and the Shallots in round shape.Crush the Garlic or chop it as well.Grill or Shallow fry the Salmon,but grilling will be healthier and thats what I do.Then break the Salmon into small pieces and keep aside.Take a pan ,pour little oil into it.First add the Shallots,Ginger,Garlic and stir for 2-3 secs, then add Pepper flakes and dry chili flakes.Keep on stirring,then put the tomato sauce/tomato puree and Soya sauce..Stir it.After this put the Mushrooms and cook it for 5-8 mnts,remember to keep on stirring.Now time for Carrots to go in,lightly cook it and add Capsicum[Carrots shouldn't become very soft.].

         Add the Salmon and mix it properly for 2-3 mnts so that all the ingredients mix properly.If you feel  like adding more Tomato sauce you can add. Finally add the Spaghetti and mix properly.Close the pan lid for few secs and switch off the stove.Garnish with Coriander leaves(Cilantro) and Spaghetti is ready to be served.Have it hot.

        We can add many vegetables with Spaghetti like Broccoli,Spring onions,Bush beans etc.
